Job Description/Responsibilities This is a hands-on leadership role where you will run supply chain operations and directly impact production, quality, and team performance. You'll lead a frontline team, solve real-time challenges, and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals
• Coach, train, and develop team members while building a strong, accountable team culture
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications/Requirements Required:

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of related manufacturing or production experience Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

3+ years supply chain experience Experience with System 21 ERP software Background in the spirits, food & beverage, or other regulated manufacturing industries Culture and Benefits Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. These benefits may vary depending on location and work type. Learn more about how we support our employees here. The annual salary range for this role is $71,332 - $89,165. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
