We are looking for an Enthusiasts 2nd Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor. The Warehouse Receiving Supervisor ensures that all goods are received accurately, inspected for quality, recorded properly, and stored in accordance with company procedures. This role will lead a team, enforce safety compliance standards, and work cross-functionally to support warehouse efficiencySummary of Job Duties:
Ensure all safety regulations and proper use of equipment, like forklifts, and company policies are followed. Monitor daily receiving/shipping operations, including unloading/loading, accurate and timely data entry and documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments. Allocate workloads and resources to meet receiving deadlines and optimize productivity. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership. Experienced using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions and process improvement. Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team of employees. Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to give both positive and constructive feedback and hold teams accountable to company goals and processes. Ability to create tools and strategies for tracking performance. Review and update SOP s as necessary.Summary of Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role. Proficient experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to lift up to 40lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks). Detail-oriented and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work 2nd shift, including weekends if needed.
