Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Working Distribution Powerline Foreman or Journeyman Lineman at M&M Electrical Contractor, Inc., a leading powerline construction company serving Bardstown, Brandenburg, and Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and the surrounding areas. As a Foreman and/or Lineman, you will be an integral part of a successful team at the forefront of the industry, overseeing, managing, and working on various distribution construction projects, pole changes, hot work, and conversions. If you are a skilled line foreman or journeyman lineman with a passion for ensuring project success, we want to hear from you! Duties
- Supervise, coordinate, and work on distribution construction projects, including pole changes and conversions, from start to finish.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to effectively guide construction teams.
- Manage project scheduling and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to construction crews and apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers to efficiently achieve project goals. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a foreman in distribution construction projects, including pole changes, conversions, and storm work.
- Verifiable experience as a Working Distribution Journeyman Lineman.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret construction blueprints.
- Familiarity with distribution power line operations and maintenance.
- Proficient in project scheduling and management.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Full-time Pay:
$48.00- $50.
