Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory accuracy, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a comprehensive understanding of materials handling, shipping and receiving, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

MUST HAVE

at least 1 year of forklift experience Maintain and identify problems with client KPI's, Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all employees contractors and client's. Pulls parts in accordance with job packages or order verifications, and tags the parts with item number, quantity, and description. Receives and inspects incoming materials, ensuring all items are verified against a packing slip, purchase order, or other documentations. Performs counts to support the cycle count process, store materials in proper inventory location, secures the cargo area in accordance with company requirements. Maintains the warehouse and cargo area in accordance with company housekeeping policy Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions. Other duties as assigned. Experience 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or team management within a fast-paced distribution environment. Extensive knowledge of inventory management techniques, warehouse distribution processes, and logistics coordination. Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with materials handling best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards. Previous experience working in e-commerce fulfillment or heavy lifting environments preferred.

Hours:

7:00pm-7:00am OR 7:00am-7:00pm Rotating 12 hour shifts 3/4 days a week

Pay:

$25.50 - $26.20 per hour
