Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory Support the Warehouse Supervisor in running the warehouse Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory Ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members Assist with inventory counts Order warehouse supplies when needed Assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role Previous experience working in a warehouse environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and good driving record
