Warehouse Supervisor Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $27.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and quality goals. Monitor workflow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment to ensure on-time customer deliveries. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management for warehouse team members. Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or operations is a plus. 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and productivity tracking preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
