Job Description

Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Shifts available:
1 st shift 3:00am
  • 1:00pm; Monday
  • Thursday (10 hour shifts) What's the Job?
Processes shipping or receiving documentation Physically receives, stores, packages, labels, and ships freight Oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department or station of a warehouse operation including the effective use of staff Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management May utilize barcode scanning equipment What's Needed? Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment Bilingual is preferred! Additional pay bump for bilingual candidates Experience operating a forklift/cherry picker is

Must be able to communicate and understand English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation Current Resume What's in it for me?
