Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operation of our warehouse and ensure smooth coordination of documentation, inventory processes, and communication between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. Duties and Responsibilities Managing schedules and daily calendars for Incoming FTL/LTL Loads.

Claims Management:

Investigating and resolving variances along with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments related to damaged goods or shipment discrepancies. Submitting claims for shortages/overage/damages with various suppliers, carriers, and other internal branches. Accurately verify data for inventory tracking, including receiving, shipping, and adjustments Preparing shipping and receiving documents such as bills of lading, purchase orders, and transfers/Returns. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of various reports, forms, and documents. Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documentation is organized and easily accessible. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative or warehouse support role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment. Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred Must be able to move around the warehouse, stand for extended periods, and lift-up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
