Position Summary:

Marucci Sports is looking for a Warehouse Lead in Geismar, Louisiana! You will be responsible for the efficient flow of products for assigned buildings. We're looking for a motivated individual who understands the industry's best practices and can apply them to every aspect of their work.

Position Responsibilities:

Ensures accurate and timely put-away and replenishment moves. Responsible for accuracy of transactions and building inventory integrity. Coordinates and assists with unloading carts, staging product for storage, and storing product in racks. Retrieves manual and replenishment moves from racks and loads on carts to be taken to other buildings. Communicates space availability to Manager daily and ongoing as needed. Coordinates work with partner LTOs and Lead LTOs from other buildings. Responsible for securing building at the end of the shift. Reports any issues with building or equipment to Manager. Responsible for area housekeeping.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Strong focus on safety. Reliable and dependable with good attendance. Must be capable of learning relevant functional areas of WMS (Solo Chain). Must be capable of managing multiple priorities. Highly motivated self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in a warehouse environment preferred. Previous front-line supervision preferred.
