Top-tier execution.Job Requirements & Qualifications Licensing :
Active LSBPSE card and firearm certification.Availability :
Full shift rotations (12 hr. shifts), weekends, and holidays required . Shifts are Days- 5:30am
- 5:30pm, and Nights 5:30pm
- 5:30am
Equipment/Vehicle :
Reliable, duty-grade weapon (and corresponding duty gear) and valid driver's license with clean MVR.Experience :
Supervisory background in security, military, or law enforcement.Screening :
Must pass reference check.Core Duties & Responsibilities Field Leadership :
Perform daily site inspections and support officer operations.Operations :
Coordinate logistics, report field status, and manage equipment.Emergency Coverage :
Provide immediate, on-site coverage when necessary.Training :
Train new hires on protocols and de-escalation.Reporting :
Document daily activities and file incident reports.Physical and Mental Requirements Communication :
Strong verbal/written skills for team and client management.Stamina :
Capable of 12-hour shifts in varied conditions.Physical :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Decision Making :
Ability to make quick, high-stress decisions. Starting Pay- $18.
