Aqua AIRHEAD Yukon Charlie's Inyo Pools Pureline The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is a cross-functional team member responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in multiple areas, including order allocation, order processing, logistics coordination, and general warehouse functions. This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly shift priorities to meet business needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience with systems such as SyteLine and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Float between departments to provide coverage and operational support as needed (order allocation, order processing, logistics, and shipping) Accurately allocate and process customer orders using SyteLine (ERP system) Prepare, pack, and ship orders using carriers such as FedEx and UPS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with logistics to schedule shipments and resolve any shipping issues Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data entry as needed Assist with receiving, stocking, rework and inventory control activities Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements within systems Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if applicable) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred One - three years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred Experience with SyteLine (ERP) strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
