Traffic Coordinator/Loading Dock Attendant VPNE Parking Solutions - 3.5 Boston, MA Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Safe work practices Outdoor work Customer service Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary Traffic Coordinator / Loading Dock Attendant VPNE Parking Solutions, a family-owned and rapidly growing company, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator/Loading Dock Attendant to manage dock traffic operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Join a team that values professionalism, energy, and customer service.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Key Responsibilities:
Direct traffic entering/exiting loading docks and surrounding areas. Assign bays for incoming deliveries (201, & 401/421 docks). Communicate with team members via two-way radio. Log and track all deliveries. Maintain clean and safe dock areas. Sort, scan, and deliver packages to tenants. Provide friendly, professional guest interactions at all times. Assist guests as a top priority, even during busy periods.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; entry-level experience accepted. Proficient in English (verbal & written). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and push 200 lbs; work in all weather conditions. Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards. Must be at least 18 years old. Comfortable performing duties in all-weather environment. Adaptable to changing weather conditions. Perform tasks in diverse weather conditions. Safety first mindset. Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts.
