Job Description

Warehouse Receiver - Full-Time Temporary Opportunity A growing company is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Receiver to support daily warehouse and delivery operations for an approximately 3-6 month assignment. This position is fully onsite in Chicopee and offers an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or inventory experience who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

$22.00 - $25.00/hr
What You'll Be Doing:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's internal system Organize incoming materials and ensure products are stored properly Coordinate materials for outgoing deliveries and project needs Transport materials to local jobsites and company locations when needed Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials throughout the warehouse Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse space Communicate any shipment discrepancies, damages, or inventory concerns promptly
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory-related role preferred Comfortable using computers and learning internal inventory systems Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Dependable with strong time management skills Ability to work independently and support a team environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, enjoys physical work, and can adapt to changing priorities in a warehouse setting.
