Essential Duties and Responsibilities in this role Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, pick & pack, kitting, special programs, and shipping. Schedule and manage all kitting projects, ensuring labor, materials, and timelines align with client and sales requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between Warehouse and Sales, ensuring clear communication on order priorities, updates, and constraints. Communicate embroidery schedules and production timelines to the Sales team to support accurate client expectations. Lead and execute kitting projects, including staffing temporary labor as needed and ensuring quality standards. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Maintain inventory accuracy, re-order levels, and back-order management. Quote all billable warehouse and fulfillment line items per order. Procure warehouse supplies and materials. Work hands-on with warehouse staff during peak volumes or seasonal demand. Schedule warehouse staff, manage PTO coverage, and oversee workflow. Train, coach, and lead warehouse employees to achieve productivity and performance goals. Conduct regular team meetings to review KPIs and operational performance. Provide operational KPIs and support monthly P&L reporting. Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Conduct safety training and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE. Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors. Ensure proper material handling and lifting practices. Desired Skill Set 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment management experience Proven people-management and team leadership skills Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with RF‑Smart and NetSuite preferred but not necessary. Experience with JIRA or project management and issue-tracking software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. All Checks are paid on a bi-weekly basis. This position in 100% in person. Benfits The Healthcare package we offer at Stran is (3) Aetna PPO plans.
