Your leadership will drive production efficiency, maintain rigorous quality standards, and foster a collaborative environment where team members and contractors excel in meeting operational goals. Responsibilities Interpret technical documentation, including assembly drawings and sequence of events, to streamline production workflows. Execute precise assembly of components using specialized fixtures and measurement tools to guarantee product integrity. Conduct thorough functional testing of electromechanical subassemblies to ensure high-quality output. Proactively manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, coordinating supply orders, and verifying incoming materials. Mentor and train contractors on assembly protocols, safety standards, and operational best practices. Collaborate with engineering teams to build, test, and refine prototypes and new manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot equipment and product issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain project momentum. Document production metrics and quality assurance data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel. Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical test equipment. Preferred Skills Proven ability to lead and train small teams or contractors. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Self-motivated mindset with a strong aptitude for learning new technical information quickly.
