At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in leading the team, managing workflow, and keeping product moving so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who s a strong leader, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in driving performance and supporting their team. What You ll Be Working On Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, selection, and shipping Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to drive productivity and accuracy Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet operational demands Monitor performance and hold team members accountable to expectations Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines Support inventory processes including product rotation, cycle counts, and organization Oversee safe operation and proper use of warehouse equipment Communicate daily updates, issues, and performance to leadership Step in and support operations as needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly The Ingredients for Success Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment Transportation experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (including refrigerated and freezer areas) Ability to lift, move, and support physical tasks (up to 80 lbs as needed) Strong work ethic and accountability Why You ll Love Working Here Work with a team that supports customers across the food industry Lead a team where your impact is visible every day Hands-on role with real responsibility and growth opportunity Team environment that values effort, leadership, and reliability

Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)

Equipment:

Forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and warehouse systems

Schedule:

Sun•Thurs, 3:00 PM•12:00

AM Pay:

$75,000•$80,000, salary is commensurate with experience.
