Job Description

Pier 7 Marina is a gated, full-service marina on the South River in Edgewater, Maryland. We're known for deep-water slips, easy Chesapeake Bay access, and a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for catamarans and all kinds of boats.
What You'll Do:
Support the Dock Master with daily operations: arrivals, departures, pump-outs, and slip assignments Help greet and assist boaters, handle slip reservations, and answer questions Keep docks, grounds, and facilities clean, safe, and in good shape Perform daily dock walks and enforce rules with a friendly, professional approach
Who We're Looking For:
Passion for boating, the water, and great customer service Marina, dockhand, or related experience preferred Physically able to handle lines, walk docks, and work outdoors in all weather Reliable, positive team player who stays calm when things get busy Boating basics (knots, VHF, boating license, etc.) is plus Why Join Us? Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
