As our business expands and the demand for efficient warehouse management increases, we require an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team, and enhance overall storage efficiency. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing comprehensive warehouse operations, ensuring all logistics activities meet company standards, enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to storage, inventory management, and order processing. Implement and maintain safety operation standards to ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations. Analyze warehouse operational data and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and finance to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Train and develop warehouse team to enhance capabilities and performance. Requirements Mandarin (Required) Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse supervisor experience required. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin is required. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management software is preferred. Must be willing to undertake regular business trips.
