Job Description

Join a growing organization in this entry-level position to ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing orders.
Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manages incoming and outgoing processes, controlling all paperwork, labeling, and data updates. Monitors and analyzes information from data and paperwork for completeness and accuracy on BOL, Shipper, and Commercial Invoice. Maintains and records information in our WMS system and network folders to properly support customer requirements. Review and handle all paperwork, which includes BOL, Shipper, Commercial Invoice for outgoing orders, and scanning documents. Print incoming labels and apply them to incoming material. Provide analysis and reporting of data for the evaluation of performance and the proper flow of inventory transactions. Provide support to the team of logistics analysts and the operations manager to ensure the smooth flow of materials. Assist material handlers in efficiently loading and unloading product. Other special projects.
Qualifications:
Ability to analyze documents for correctness. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under tight timelines and ability to handle stressful situations. Proven computer skills for data entry. High school diploma. Work in a warehouse environment. Ability to lift heavy products.
