At Keystone Automotive Operations , we're seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire our warehouse team at our Brownstown, MI distribution center. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and wants to grow their career in the automotive aftermarket industry. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse associates to meet safety, productivity, and quality standards Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs Oversee the processing of warranty claims and customer returns, collaborating with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure inventory accuracy Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance coaching for new and existing team members Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices Foster open communication and alignment across departments to meet operational goals Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost-efficiency, speed, and service Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business , or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditions Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet Why Join Keystone Automotive Operations?
