Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.

Position Responsibilities:

Monitoring and maintaining all order processing functions Monitoring and maintaining all order audit functions Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions Monitoring and maintaining orders with pending issues Schedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demands Process improvement of all activities Researching and reconciling order discrepancies Maintaining records for auditing process Supervision and training of employees Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff Annual performance reviews Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system Good working knowledge of

Education:

High School graduate or equivalent required

Experience:

3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, ONTRAC, and truck freight

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing Environment Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
