Supply Chain / Logistics Report to: Operations Manager Warehouse Supervisor takes full ownership of warehouse organization, inventory control, and daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring a well-structured, clean, and efficient warehouse while maintaining high inventory accuracy and system integrity in QAD. The ideal candidate is highly organized, disciplined, and focused on process execution and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for warehouse organization, layout, and material flow Ensure all materials are properly identified, stored, and easily accessible Maintain high inventory accuracy through strict control processes and cycle counts Ensure all transactions are accurately executed in QAD (receipts, moves, issues, shipments) Lead and enforce warehouse standards, including 5S and visual management Supervise daily activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Monitor and drive performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, space utilization, and order fulfillment Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in warehouse processes Train and develop team members on procedures, discipline, and system usage Coordinate with planning, purchasing, and production to avoid material shortages Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of warehouse experience with strong focus on organization and control Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role Experience with ERP systems; QAD experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices Skills Strong organizational and warehouse layout management skills High attention to detail and discipline in execution Leadership and team accountability Problem-solving and process improvement mindset Effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing 5S or Lean practices Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
