We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to support our shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered safely and on time while leading daily warehouse activities. Responsibilities Lead and prioritize daily warehouse operations. Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Train and support team members as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Operate forklifts and use warehouse inventory systems. Assist with inventory accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience. Previous leadership experience preferred. Forklift experience (must pass forklift certification). Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and inventory systems.
