Job Duties and Responsibilities Install Support & Equipment Staging Stage equipment and materials for daily installation jobs. Serve as a primary warehouse contact for installation technicians. Label and document equipment and serial numbers for each project. Coordinate with warehouse leadership to source non-stock equipment and materials. Maintain and update daily job tracking systems. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Organize, stock, and rotate equipment and materials. Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock needs. Receive deliveries and place inventory in designated warehouse locations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Pick, secure, and stage equipment for field teams. Transfers & Logistics Coordination Respond quickly to urgent equipment and material requests. Coordinate deliveries between the warehouse, vendors, and job sites. Ensure timely and accurate transfer of parts and equipment. Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment. Assist with scrap metal recycling and disposal. Keep entrances, walkways, and loading areas clear, including snow and ice removal when necessary. Report facility maintenance concerns to warehouse leadership. Sheet Metal Fabrication Support Learn and assist with basic custom sheet metal fabrication as needed. Training provided for qualified candidates.
