Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate consistency in their work and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in our fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the processing and shipment of products to ensure timely delivery. Verify order details for accuracy and completeness before fulfillment. Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and order status. Collaborate with management to resolve any issues that arise during fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies. Implement quality control procedures to uphold accuracy and consistency. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work consistently with accuracy under deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. At least some college education is a plus. College students with part-time availability are encourage to apply Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
