Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity. Embrace and practice Stellantis Leadership Principles in Stellantis Parts and Service Way Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed. Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures. Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Minimum 3 years of experience Ability to work any shift and overtime as required Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing supervisory experience Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members Experience working in a union environment Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems
