Job Description

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Lead daily warehouse and shopfloor supply chain operations, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery to production and customers. Oversee inbound and outbound processes, including truck scheduling, receiving, put away, picking, and shipping. Ensure compliance with safety standards, material handling practices, and equipment usage (Hi-Lo, tuggers). Manage workforce activities including training, scheduling, and performance management. Serve as the primary escalation point for material shortages and logistics issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and warehouse layout. Maintain accurate system transactions and support inventory control processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and support teams. Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders. This is what you bring to us: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role within an automotive or manufacturing environment. Experience leading teams across multiple shifts, including supervisors and coordinators. Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement. Proven ability to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance. Familiarity with warehouse operations (receiving, put away, picking, shipping). Proficiency with SAP and/or ERP/MRP systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
