Our range of research & development, engineering, prototype manufacturing, test & validation, and low-rate production capability help our customers bring their high-quality products to market faster. The Project Manager drives all aspects of Digital Technology (DT) project, program, and portfolio execution across the enterprise. This role is responsible for defining project scope, value proposition, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager collaborates across DT and business segments, manages project risks, and ensures delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. This position also provides guidance on project management methodologies, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead and manage DT project teams across multiple domains including ERP, web, network, security, cloud, automation, and database systems. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and budgets for low- to mid-complexity projects (typically under $500,000). Collaborate with resource managers to assign roles and responsibilities and ensure appropriate staffing. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and reporting. Manage project budgets including planning, estimating, monitoring, and controlling costs. Ensure adherence to Global DT Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies, standards, and quality expectations. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Identify project risks and opportunities; develop and implement mitigation and response strategies. Support procurement activities in partnership with global purchasing teams. Guide stakeholders through change management processes and influence adoption strategies. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to support strategic roadmap initiatives. Mentor team members and stakeholders on project management best practices and PMO processes. Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects. Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management or a related discipline.
DESIRED SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK methodologies. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of IT project environments and enterprise systems. Experience in stakeholder management and change management practices. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Standard full-time work schedule with routine business hours. Flexibility required to support project demands, including occasional extended hours or weekend work.
Pay Range:
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
