Warehouse Staff - Charlotte, NC JLM Wholesale, a Division of Lockmasters JLM Wholesale, a Division of Lockmasters, is a leading national distributor of high-quality door hardware to the glass and glazing, contract hardware, and locksmith industries. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Staff to join our team at our Charlotte, North Carolina branch.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment , and inventory cycle counting . The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing shipments, primarily using the UPS WorldShip System Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Collaborate with the JLM team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Provide excellent service and communication to internal teams and external customers

Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment is required Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred) Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Previous warehouse experience encouraged but not required Why Join JLM Wholesale?
