We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator. This position is for 3rd shift with regular hours Sunday

• Thursday, 10pm
• 6:30am with overtime as needed including Friday nights. This person will need to train on 1st shift, Monday
• Friday 6:30am-3pm with overtime as needed.

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints. Prepare shipping quotes for customers. Negotiate shipping fees with couriers. Accurately prepare shipping documentation following customer-specific shipping requirements. Keep a meticulous record of shipment information. Work with members of the shipping team to see that all requests are handled promptly, and goods are shipped on time and/or stored properly. Assist with general Shipping Clerk job functions

Shipping Coordinator Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. Experience using a forklift is strongly preferred Computer literacy skills Flexible work hours.(Ability to stay late if needed for a truck) Excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask. Ability to work well in a face-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics

Pay and Benefits:

Pay for this position will be weekly, based on experience.
