This Warehouse Supervisor, reporting to the Director of Inventory Control & Projects, will work with Inbound and Outbound Managers to ensure the Operations Team is running at optimal productivity levels. This position is responsible for the development of messaging, programming, resources and tools tied to growing our brands.

This includes teams on the warehouse floor and employees within the officeAttendance and Employee trackingEntry and distribution of specialized reports to all levels of Lipari EmployeesEnsuring all shift closing procedures are followed and adhered toTrack all disciplinary actions to ensure they are properly communicated to all concerned partiesLead a team to increase productivity, accuracy and overall warehouse qualityOther tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

High School or EquivalentMinimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge requiredFast and efficient typingProficient with Excel

AS400/NCR

Systems is a plus.
