FT/Salaried, Non-exempt (Seasonal Overtime Opportunities) Power Picture Day Success! The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in keeping JostensPIX (JPIX) Picture Day operations running smoothly. Supporting Field and Equipment Operations, you'll manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, prepare and test equipment, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven professional with strong time-management skills who can prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires critical thinking when troubleshooting with our field teams and a strong customer-service mindset. YOU WILL
+ Assist. Work with the JPIX teams for any operational or support activities to meet and exceed customer expectations + Engage. Establish and build relationships with internal teams, vendors and field teams to foster strong trust + Serve. Provide exemplary customer service to field teams, vendors, and internal partners primarily through phone calls, as well as email communications + Support. Provide frontline support with troubleshooting, training and maintaining organized, safe and efficient warehouse operations + Examine. Demonstrate critical thinking when troubleshooting
YOU HAVE
+ Education. High school diploma or equivalent + Experience. 2-3 years experience in warehouse, operations, inventory management or shipping/receiving experience + Confidence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset + Proficiency. Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite + Determination. Abilities to independently plan, prioritize and organize competing demands that may be deadline driven
YOU ARE:
+ Capable. Able to operate or learn to operate warehouse machinery + Meticulous. Extremely attentive to detail and organization + Absolute. Able to multi-task, prioritize and work both independently and in a collaborative environment + Savvy. Comfortable with technology and learning new software applications + Optimistic. Always carrying a positive disposition and teamwork attitude
Preferred:
+ Knowledge of shipping and logistics + Experience and/or interest in photography + Forklift Certification
