Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse/order fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven ability to drive productivity, maintain accountability, and keep teams focused in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, and will play a critical part in improving team performance and ensuring operational goals are consistently met. The Team Lead will execute the daily labor plan for the second shift order filling team: picking, packing and loading of delivery vehicles. What you'll do: Lead the team in the execution of Order Fulfillment tasks: Picking, Packing, and Loading of delivery vehicles Executes labor plan and adjusts as necessary resulting in on-time finish and truck load Coaches and audits employees on order filling processes in the areas of Retail and Mass Customer Routes, resulting in order accuracy, product quality and productivity at or above goal. Oversee outbound operations to ensure trucks are loaded accurately and on time. Audit and train team members on standardized work processes to maintain consistency. Manage actual staffing vs scheduled staffing, ensure timeliness of schedule revisions and communication and alignment to work demand forecast. Executes labor sharing and cross training strategies through healthy, effective collaboration with Supply Chain Supervisors to accomplish daily work with minimal disruption to service metrics and lowest labor cost as % sales. Executes F14 onboarding plan in partnership with mentors resulting in alignment with leadership expectations. Build a high level of trust with the Sales and PM Teams by ensuring key issues affecting customers are responded to timely and professionally. This role requires the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in changing work environments, including both hot and cold conditions. Truck loading takes place on a dock where temperatures may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions. You'll be part of a team that values doing things right the first time, every time, because when we work with focus and precision, we exceed customer expectations and keep operations flowing smoothly.
Pay Range:
$23.00/hr- $26.

AM Occasional Tuesday:

AM Thursday:
5:00 PM- 3:00 AM EOD = "End of Day" (whenever the shift is completed)
Please Note:
There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties. Holiday Schedule (November- May):
Sunday:
3:00 PM- EOD, Monday
Thursday:
5:00 PM- EOD Occasional Friday/Saturday shifts required during the 2 weeks leading up to major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day Shifts may be 10-12 hours during these periods
