Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor

What You'll Do As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse workflow and support day-to-day operations to ensure orders and materials are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support warehouse team members Communicate job expectations and provide ongoing performance feedback Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy Help maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards Delegate tasks and assist with employee accountability and discipline when needed Work cross-functionally with departments such as Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and Operations Assist with resolving operational issues and identifying process improvements Support customer service expectations by ensuring timely and accurate warehouse execution Step in and assist with warehouse duties as needed to support the team and daily operations What We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who is organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment. Qualifications 3-5 years of warehouse or related operational experience Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Thorough understanding of warehouse operations and workflow management Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable using desktop computers and warehouse systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to lead by example Why Join Our Team?
