Always be growing Zepole Supply Co. is looking for a hands-on, dependable Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and support our delivery and logistics team. This position is responsible for helping lead warehouse staff, coordinating routing and shipments, and ensuring orders are loaded accurately and efficiently for customer deliveries. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, handling, loading, and routing Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks for warehouse team members Ensure accurate and timely picking, staging, and loading of customer orders Dispatch delivery trucks in the most efficient manner while meeting customer needs and delivery schedules Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and routing activities Verify outgoing orders for accuracy before dispatch Prepare shipping paperwork including packing lists, manifests, and bills of lading Track and account for outgoing inventory and shipments Maintain communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments throughout the day Help improve warehouse workflow and operational efficiency Train, mentor, and support warehouse employees Promote a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and serviced properly Assist with loading, unloading, and other physical warehouse tasks as needed Coordinate shift-to-shift communication to ensure operational continuity Inventory accuracy Cycle counting Assistance in processing customer returns Qualifications & Experience Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable working with shipping documentation and inventory processes Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse or ERP systems preferred Strong communication and team-building skills Dependable with strong work ethic and sense of accountability Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-10 hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in a warehouse environment with concrete flooring and varying temperatures Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures What We're Looking For A leader who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Someone who takes ownership and follows through Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency Team player mentality with strong communication skills Ability to adapt, problem solve, and keep operations moving efficiently

Pay:
