The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse/warehouse office staff, ensuring efficient and effective supervision of proper material flow while leading the warehouse/warehouse office staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the accurate and timely processing of all inbound materials. Set up and manage the storage and retention of the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving documents. Manage and Review orders as they come in. Highlight important customer requirements and ensure that the Warehouse understands the instructions to ship and process the orders. Supervise warehouse office staff and make sure they are accurately processing the inbound functions in ERP System. Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory Control to resolve any issues. Work directly with Warehouse Management to resolve open issues. Supervise warehouse office staff in the coordination of delivery fleet and couriers for on-time deliveries Manage the check-in of drivers and processing of orders. Actively look for and recommend improvements to processes that result in increased efficiency and accuracy. Organize and plan the afternoon deliveries. Will include routing for deliveries. Supervise office staff for the parcel shipments processing, generating Bills of Lading (BOLs) for out-of-town truckloads, and ensuring out-of-town orders are accurately loaded and shipped in a timely manner. Be responsible for escalating issues to the Warehouse Manager and work together to resolve them.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong interpersonal skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus.Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk, or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Checking orders and computer tasks are routinely performed. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.Benefits:
