Job Summary We are seeking a Shop Lead to take full responsibility for daily warehouse operations and ensure all equipment remains organized, rental-ready, and fully operational at all times. This is a hands-on, Fast pace role. You will spend 80% of your time in the shop and 20% driving equipment or in the field supporting jobs as needed. You will take direction from Operations, but you are expected to work independently, stay ahead of problems, and keep the shop moving without constant oversight. Equipment has a place. It's in its place. It's Clean. It's rental-ready. Trucks are loaded and unloaded efficiently. Nothing sits broken. Nothing sits dirty. Nothing gets ignored. We are looking for someone dependable, self-motivated, and fast-paced — someone who sees what needs to be done and handles it without being told. If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you. Key Responsibilities Shop Organization & Control Maintain full organization of the 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse Ensure all equipment has a place, is in its place, and rental ready Keep work areas clean and efficient at all times Reorganize layout and improve workflow when needed Equipment Readiness Inspect, test, and prepare rental equipment Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure full working condition Ensure all units are clean, pressure washed, and job-ready Prevent broken or incomplete equipment from sitting in the shop Loading & Logistics Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently Stage equipment properly for upcoming jobs Verify outgoing equipment is complete and ready before it leaves Support fast turnaround of returned equipment Field Support (20%) Assist on job sites when needed Deliver or retrieve equipment Operational Execution Take direction from Operations and execute without delay Work well along side other co workers Identify problems before they slow down workflow Stay productive without constant supervision Maintain a fast, steady pace throughout the workday Non-Negotiables Must be able to work independently, and with others Must move with urgency Must be physically capable Must thrive in fast-paced warehouse environment Must take ownership Preferred Qualifications Confident operating a forklift and moving equipment safely in a busy yard Comfortable driving trucks with trailers and handling job-site deliveries Naturally mechanically inclined — able to diagnose and fix problems without constant direction Hands-on experience maintaining or repairing equipment Workplace Culture We're a tight-knit team that works hard and moves fast.
