Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production schedules. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a background in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to improve performance and productivity Ensure accurate and timely movement of raw materials and finished goods Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper documentation Collaborate with production, planning, and operations teams to meet manufacturing schedules Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Train new employees and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor workflow and address operational challenges proactively Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, or similar leadership role Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred (plastics or injection molding is a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, and any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and/or local laws. #ind2

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
