Job Description

Overview The Shipping & Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for processing outgoing shipments, tracking packages, and providing excellent customer service regarding order and delivery inquiries. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers experiencing shipping issues, including delayed or missing packages. During slower shipping periods, the coordinator assists with production and other operational tasks to support overall business needs. Key Responsibilities Process and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Create shipping labels and coordinate pickups with carriers. Communicate with shipping carriers regarding lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping concerns. Investigate and help resolve customer delivery disputes and missing package claims. Maintain accurate shipping and order records. Monitor shipping supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Assist production teams with assembly, packaging, and other operational tasks during slower shipping periods. Collaborate with customer service, production, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency, including email and shipping software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move packages as required.

From $17.00 per hour
