We are looking for a Supply Planner to lead how we translate demand into execution, ensuring we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time. ROLE The Warehouse Lead - Project & Temporary Labor (2nd shift Mon-Fri 2PM - 1030PM) is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily activities of temporary warehouse workers assigned to short‑term and ongoing operational projects, including re‑labeling, re‑packaging, kitting, and inventory remediation initiatives. This role ensures projects are executed accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining quality standards and productivity expectations. The Lead serves as the primary point of direction, training, and oversight for assigned temporary teams and works closely with warehouse management to drive successful project completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, and monitor the daily work of temporary warehouse associates assigned to project‑based tasks Assign work, provide clear instructions, and ensure project tasks are executed according to specifications and timelines Oversee re‑labeling, re‑packaging, kitting, rework, and other special warehouse projects to ensure accuracy and quality Train temporary workers on job tasks, quality requirements, safety expectations, and standard operating procedures Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project standards, addressing performance issues as they arise Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure labeling, packaging, and materials meet company and customer requirements Track project progress and communicate status updates, risks, or completion timelines to warehouse leadership Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, damages, or process issues impacting project execution Ensure proper use of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment throughout each project Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Accurately complete required documentation, counts, and system transactions related to project work Perform hands‑on work alongside the team as needed to support deadlines and workload demands Perform all project leadership and execution activities outlined above representing approximately 70% of the role Support general warehouse operations, staging, inventory support, and cross‑functional assistance representing approximately 30% of the role Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of warehouse operations, packaging and labeling processes, and basic inventory control. Experience overseeing project-based work or directing temporary labor preferred. Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems is a plus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience, with previous lead, trainer, or informal supervisory experience preferred. Ability to lead, motivate, and direct temporary or short‑term labor teams Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to interpret project instructions, work orders, and labeling requirements Effective communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines HOURS Monday-Friday 2PM - 1030PM

Drury Ln, Republic, MO 65738(Onsite) The work environment is a warehouse or distribution center. The role involves exposure to moving equipment, conveyor systems, varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and packaging materials. Personal protective equipment may be required.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION STANDING/WALKING
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while supervising and performing warehouse tasks.
LIFTING:
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and transport up to 40-50 pounds.
REPETITIVE MOTION
Ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms related to labeling, packaging, and material handling.
VISION:
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION REASONING ABILITY
Ability to manage project tasks, make daily work assignments, troubleshoot process issues, and adjust labor deployment to meet project goals.
MATHEMATICS ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, including tracking quantities, counts, and completion of metrics.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate work instructions clearly and effectively to diverse teams.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
