Riverside, MO What You'll Do:

You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role You'll:

All Associates:

Safely operated material handling equipment : pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

Lead Specific:

Lead daily warehouse operations and oversee associate performance Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members Ensure safety compliance, productivity targets, and quality standards are met Communicating between associates and management to resolve issues promptly Maintain daily temperature logs, equipment checklists, and complete shift reports

What You'll Bring All Associates:

Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Lead Specific:

Previous leadership experience in a warehouse environment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Setting :

Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse ( dry, cooler freezer :

• 5 °F to 38 °F) Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts typically starting at 6 :30AM
• 5PM or 2PM
• 12:30AM ; weekend and holiday availability required Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50
• lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

Pay & Benefits :
