Join our team at Brown Bottling Group as Evening Warehouse Supervisor. Monday-Friday 2:30pm - until The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse team members and their production. The Supervisor will motivate, coach, and encourage the warehouse team to meet their productivity targets. Oversee product control, order processing, equipment maintenance and report on warehouse statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently Must be able to bend stoop and climb on a frequent basis Must be able to stand and walk for a prolonged period of time Must be able to operate a forklift

Qualifications:

3 or more years of management experience Experience in process improvement and change management Ability to create reports in Excel and analyze data Detail-oriented and have a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3 years of management experience. Proven team leadership to drive performance and build a goal-oriented culture. Process oriented with experience in process improvement and change management.
