M-F 7am-4pm Hornlake, MS 38637 Starting Payrate $20
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Warehouse Coordinator is to operate the Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse function to ensure overall competitiveness is second-to-none. The function interacts broadly with the overall organization. Responsibilities include :OPEARTING A SIT-DOWN FORKLIFT
Inbound- Goods receive - ensure components and items are received, quality checked according to specifications and procedures. Booked into the systems and stores at the right location.
- Customer tools for storage are received, checked and stored in the right location and booked into the system/s. Outbound
- Ensure all goods that leave the warehouse are in good condition and packed according to specifications.
- All documents needed for the transport are ready according to the procedures
- Plan shipments based on production and service outputs.
- Booking transport - national and international, at logistic operators or in customer systems, securing a professional interface with Danhydra customers. Warehousing
- Customers tools are picked and shipped to customer.
- Stock counting when necessary to ensure stock figures at all times are correct.
- Participate at yearly controls check of stock levels from external accountancies.
- Picking finished goods and parts for sales orders.
- Ensuring the function continuously provides strong and capable input and support to other functions.
- Work with customer complaints and non-conformance reports (NCR's).
- Enter and maintains inventory transactions in the ERP software and ensures accuracy in these transactions.
Authorities:
The function is authorized to:- Process transactions in company systems
- Communicate with clients internal and external
- Operate forklifts to load/unload large trucks
- Receive and ship goods Qualifications The responsibility of the function requires the following qualifications:
- Significant experience of warehouse environment.
- International and Domestic Shipping.
- Heavy equipment operation (very large)
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Sense for the importance of quality.
- Relevant background.
- Problem solving ability & attitude.
- Natural team player with interpersonal skills.
- Likes to improve every day.
