Inergroup is hiring immediately for Third Shift Production Lead jobs in Jackson GA. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production line is actively engaged to meet or exceed safety, quality, production, and daily customer demand metrics in a production environment. The Production Lead also drives continuous improvement across key business objectives and provide training to the line cell. Weekly pay starting at $19/hr and great benefits available.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required 2-5 years Warehouse Experience Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing. Previous management in a production environment Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-restricted environment General Professional Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Bilingual a plus) Adhere to company safety standards

Responsibilities:

Acts as front line for direction, instruction, and training of staff. Works in coordination with Production Supervisors and other Line Leaders to manage the daily operations of assigned employees Communicates and trains the assembly process using the batch production record Uses basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions. Supports employee(s) by answering questions and assisting where needed. Achieves required safety, quality, delivery and performance levels. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 8:30pm - 5:30am
