About TTM Group TTM Group operates a 3PL fulfillment business with facilities across the country. We partner with growing e-commerce brands and product companies to handle their storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Our Kosciusko facility is a modern, efficient warehouse serving clients in automotive accessories, outdoor products, consumer goods, and specialty items. We're expanding our operations and building out new capacity to serve our growing client base. The Role We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Kosciusko facility. You'll manage a small, focused warehouse team, optimize workflow efficiency, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple client accounts. This role combines strategic operations planning with hands-on problem-solving in a growing, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping across multiple client accounts Lead and develop a small warehouse team; handle hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management Optimize warehouse layout, workflow efficiency, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the facility Maintain high accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment using the Packem WMS platform

Monitor KPIs:

order accuracy, fulfillment speed, labor productivity, and client satisfaction Collaborate with the executive team to plan capacity, set pricing for new clients, and scale operations Oversee warehouse facilities management, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance Support new facility buildout planning, including layout design and operational readiness Required Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics environment Hands-on experience with WMS systems (ShipHero, Packem, ShipStation, or similar platforms preferred) Strong operational planning, process optimization, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage and develop team members in a small warehouse environment Experience with multi-client warehouse operations and inventory accuracy procedures Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining high accuracy rates Comfortable with hands-on work; ability to work alongside team members when needed Nice to Have Experience with e-commerce or Amazon logistics operations Knowledge of order routing or multi-facility warehouse networks Familiarity with facility buildout or warehouse design optimization Experience in a startup or small business environment What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to grow and shape a team from the ground up Involvement in facility planning and strategic growth initiatives Direct access to and collaboration with the owner/executive team A hands-on, entrepreneurial work environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant warehouse management experience.
