Core Responsibilities Manage Operations :

Oversee daily warehouse workflows, including processing, packaging, and storage of materials.

Lead Staff :

Direct, supervisor, coach, and train team members.

Plan Schedules :

Develop work schedules and assign manpower requirements for the picking area.

Solving Problems :

Resolve operational or staffing issues quickly within company guidelines.

Safety & Compliance :

Maintain and follow occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines

Job Requirements Experience :

Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Physical Demands :
