Job Description

Position Summary Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing floor operations, driving safety, service, inventory accuracy, employee development, and operational performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Supervisor partners with the General Manager to achieve facility goals and support strategic initiatives.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to meet customer and company performance goals. Promote and maintain a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and company safety standards. Develop, coach, and lead warehouse associates to build a high-performing team culture. Monitor inbound and outbound operations to ensure timely, accurate, and complete shipments. Oversee inventory accuracy and support cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes. Conduct team meetings, communicate operational updates, and address performance opportunities. Assist with customer service functions, order processing, inventory management, and escalation resolution. Track, analyze, and report operational performance and productivity metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience; 5+ years preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing teams in a warehouse environment preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and distribution operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. May operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment based on business needs. Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels, heavy machinery, varying temperatures, and both indoor and outdoor work assignments.
