Fulfillment Team Lead (Night Shift 7pm - 7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation) Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead ! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented leader to support fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate shipping and receiving while guiding team members and driving efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Provide daily guidance and support to fulfillment team members Assist with onboarding, training, and team development Monitor daily operations and communicate issues to leadership Ensure products are received, inspected, and shipped accurately Inspect incoming materials for defects or damage Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and system updates Follow safety procedures and company policies Support compliance with QMS and ISO standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You'll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Previous lead or team support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Ability to perform basic math calculations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
