What You'll Do:

Lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving Partner with leadership to achieve performance goals and operational efficiencies Monitor workflows and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions Communicate status updates, challenges, and solutions to leadership Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

What You'll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution, including supervisory experience Knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
