Job Description

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Team Leader supports the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations and leads warehouse associates to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe workflows across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Assign and coordinate tasks to warehouse associates to maintain productivity and efficiency Monitor warehouse floor activities to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work Support inbound and outbound operations, including unloading, picking, packing, and loading shipments Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts, stock verification, and adjustments Train and guide warehouse staff on procedures and best practices Identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and inventory discrepancies Ensure all employees follow company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment Required Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of warehouse experience (at least 1 year in a Team Lead position) Knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer Skills - familiar with SAP or other ERP systems. Capable of using

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
